Common questions
What's the real difference from Starter?
Starter gives you clean books. Regular gives you the brain that looks at those books and tells you what matters — daily briefings, chat queries, detailed analytics, news intelligence.
What counts as a chat query?
Any free-text question you ask. Menu buttons don't count. At 300 per month that's 10 per day — more than most owners need.
Do I need to run the cleanup first?
Only if your books are scattered. If you already have a system (Excel, QuickBooks export, Zoho CSV), you can upload directly and skip cleanup.
Can I run a 4th business?
Not on Regular — the cap is 3. If you need more, talk to us; we have a higher tier available on request.
